ITI Engineering is rated 3 out of 5 in the category renewables & environment. Read and write reviews about ITI Engineering. ITI Engineering is a company established in 1985 with the aim of designing and manufacturing plants for the combustion of industrial waste in the field of wood industry and transforming the energy obtained from the combustion in heat for the production process and, in some cases, electricity. Our mission is to contribute to environmental sustainability by re-evaluating the use of waste materials that, instead of accumulating in the form of garbage, become energy efficient and resource-saving. In 1985 ITI Engineering realized the world's first industrial combustion system of wooden biomass deriving from production process which was directly connected to a flash dryer (production of MDF panels). From then on ITI Engineering has worked in close synergy with the well-known in wood-working industry producers, realizing systems often associated with production of: MDF, Particleboard, Plywood, OSB, Composite Pallet Blocks for Europallet, Wood Pellets, etc. This kind of plants are particularly indicated since, burning the wooden biomass originated by production processes, they are environment-friendly, generating thermal and, in some cases, electrical energy needed for competitive production on other fossil fuel power plants and greatly reducing the resulting costs from waste disposal.
