We purchased items at this store and were promised they would arrive via Fed Ex in two weeks. A month later and our purchases have not arrived. We've tried contacting him. He doesn't answer the phone or respond to the email address printed on the receipt. The same phone number that Google reports. There are many retailers in Sorrento. He was very nice when we talked to him in the store. We trusted he would keep his word. We don't recommend this retailer. Please purchase from someone else. UPDATE: We received the items we purchased in mostly good condition. They were shipped the day after writing the original post. Since we're moving, and items are being packed and shipped today, the items barely arrived in time.
