We really enjoyed our stay. Some of the rooms need updating, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were good too, lovely pools and spa, where we had some relaxing treatments. Live music most evenings but mainly Italian, and a very handsome, funny bar man. This pic is the artwork from our room, they have similar artwork in every room. Would go back again.
Beautiful place to stay. They accommodated an early check in, we waited at the pool bar and enjoyed beers and snacks for a few minutes. The room was spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view of the lower pool and Castle Argonese from the balcony. There is a secure safe for valuables. Breakfast was included in our rate and was good. We enjoyed both pools, the aloe walk, and the chairs very much. Great place to relax - would stay again!
Great views, including the castle. Great deal for a spa hotel with thermal baths, pools and bathrobe included in the stay. Free breakfast with large selection. Pleasant staff. Grounds were well maintained. Bus stop close by. We enjoyed receptionist Marco for his sense of humor, recommendations and attentiveness. Wifi is spotty except in common areas.

Sept 18 - more 3 star than 4. Rooms very dated, bathrooms really need updating especially very small showers. However, staff lovely, especially Marco the concierge who went out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. Thermal waters great! 15 minute walk to great restaurants and shops.
Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. Everything was perfect: the location, just a stone's thrown from the city center; the room, with the balcony and a panoramic view of the Castle; the staff that was friendly, helpful and absolutely professional; and last but not the least, the food at dinner which was delicious, with local food and dishes. The hotel has two outdoor pools and one indoor thermal pool, with spa. You can use the pool and the sauna for free and have massages and other beauty treatments at an extra cost. The location is great, you can have a walk at night on the main Corso and have something to drink without having to take the car. I can't find any remarkable downsides, but if I had to mention something, I'd say that some areas of the hotel and the rooms need some renovation. And that if you are looking for an hotel that is close to the beach, well, this is not the place for you. It was good value for the money, I'd absolutely recommend this hotel and I'll come back here for sure. A special thanks goes to Lorenzo, whose kindness was priceless.
