WHO WE ARE Scuola de La Cucina Italiana was founded in 1987 having in the background all the experience and prestige of the ancient magazine La Cucina Italiana. Scuola has developed over the years a rich and extremely diversified personality. The Milan office, is today an important reference point for individuals or companies, which want to find in a single context courses for amateurs or aspiring gourmets, conferences and monothematic in-depth open days, and a unique and renowned location for events and demonstrations. Common denominator: the passion for quality cooking and the willingness to actively contribute to the promotion of a better and more careful knowledge of the enogastronomic culture of our country. Since 2000, the School is present in Switzerland with an office located in Lugano at the Federation of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Ticino.
