If I could, I would give 0 star. Unfortunately, that is not possible. I have already heard from people around the area that one specific person (a guy around his 50s) at this VW is famous for being extremely “RUDE” and unpleasant to clients for no reason. It turns out to be very true also from my own experience. I stopped by this office to have some information about a part of my old car on Saturday morning. They told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday. So I went there again on Tuesday informing the receptionist the reason why I was there. She went to inform “this famousely rude guy” that there was a client. I was the only client since I was there right after they were open. Guess what this guy did, he grabs a key and goes out for a drive. I was informed by the receptionist to wait (who knows for how long) saying that the person in charge went out for a test drive and would be back in a while. I couldn’t waste my precious time waiting for a rude guy to return from his drive just because he felt like leaving his client wait as long as he wants. I left the place and for sure I will never go back to this place. I’d rather drive 20-30 minutes to go to another VW in Rovereto instead of wasting time and money on these people who deserve NOTHING but criticism on their doing service. That guy should know that everyone in the area talks about him on how badly he treats anyone who enters their office. My car repairer warned me to be ready for the unpleasant behaviour of this guy. Not only my car repairer, a few other friends of mind told me the same story. How on earth do you treat your clients so that you are so famous for being unpleasant! If you do not want to be influenced and to ruin your mood or your day by this over-the-limit rude person for whom you will even be wasting your money and time, DO NOT go to this place. Look for others who deal with VW around the area. Absolutely to AVOID.

After 2 ladies has checked our very simple problem (changing a bulb in the lamp), we had to wait 45 minutes for nothing, because finally they said they’re going for a lunch and asked us to come back 2 hours later, while we were in the middle of a 12 hours long drive. The problem didn’t get fixed, and we spent 45 minutes for nothing in the middle of a long, exhausting drive.

Hatte ein Problem mit dem Auspuff und wollte das mal anschauen lassen. Nach längerer Diskussion, die von einer Dame am Empfang übersetzt wurde, hat dann tatsächlich jemand das Auto auf die Hebebühne gehoben. Auch wieder nach längerer Diskussion wurde mir Zutritt zur Werkstatt gewährt und ich konnte mir das Problem selber anschauen. Es wurde schnell klar, dass ich den Auspuff tauschen muss. Leider dauert die Ersatzteilbeschaffung hier einige Tage, so dass ich den Auspuff hier nicht reparieren lassen konnte. Für das Anschauen auf der Hebebühne 'durfte' ich dem Meister noch 30 Euro bar ohne Rechnung in die Hand drücken. Naja, immerhin konnte ich weiter fahren...

Problema al portellone del tiguan mentre ero in vacanza (16 agosto) . Trovo l'officina con internet. Mi controllano il problema è da appuntamento per il giorno dopo alle 14. Gli consegno la macchina in mattinata... Vado al lago con la famiglia e alle 17 vado a ritirare... 106 euro e in regalo mi da anche un buono spesa vw da 70. Ottimo servizio precisi e costi ottimi. Io sono un turista... se volevano fregarmi co 100 euro in più sul conto... Non me ne sarei neanche accorto. Bravi e grazie. David

per un preventivo mi hanno detto 2 min dopo mezzora arriva la signora e va da un altro cliente(tedesco) che arrivato dopo di me quando li ho chiesto per il mio preventivo mi dicci ti chiamiamo noi,sto ancora aspettando la loro chiamata . missa che quando ci sono i turisti pensano prima a loro ... tengo a precisare che la prima volta mi sono trovato bene che ero mandato dalla WV .
