Amazing restaurant. Great ambiance, very friendly and personal staff, delicious food, and good value. Me and my gf ate a 3 course meal for approx 25 EUR/person. They made sure everything was vegan for my gf. Also, the outdoor seating takes you away from the busy and industrial streets of La Spezia, and brings you back to the Italy you want to visit! I promise you cannot go in the wrong with Il Papeoto.
