Very warm en nice staff / owners. Big place, nice swimming pool. Rooms are clean and the trainstation is nearby. They speak good English and they made us feel very welcome!

Very friendly people. They help you with everything. Corona wise Toscane is great. Very few toerist, you have all the busy hotspots for yourself. The people in the hotel take care of everything in a corona proof way. They treat you like family and will be very happy to have you coming over. The pool is lovely
Hotel is catastrophic . You don’t have wifi in rooms, food is horrible for breakfast and dinner. It’s surrounded by wood and it’s far away from civilization. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.
We stayed a week in the hotel. Dinner was perfect 4 courses. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. For us a perfect stay.
The place could really benefit from a heated kids ' pool. And for a 7 EuRo entrance fee, one might expect it. Otherwise pretty decent size pool, english speaking staff, always felt safe with the lifeguards around. Unfortunately, there are quite a number of bees/wasps which make the pool less safe, for little kids especially.
Clean rooms, unpleasent staff, not so good food (not enough for one person).
If you want to experience the real authentic Italian life in a very nice valley with beautiful views, you should definitely visit this hotel. When you arrive you are greeted with the nicest hostess I have ever met with great enthusiasm. They also have a restaurant and bar there. The restaurant changes menu everyday, with authentic homemade Italian food which was really nice. We had four courses with delicious food (which includes a pasta dish of course), and we had more then plenty to eat. You also have free WiFi here, which is great for sending pictures to the homefront. Also there is a great connection to Florence. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station of Ronta and a half hour ride and you are in the center of Florence. Had a great time here!
