Great location in St Agnello. 3 star hotel close to the train station. Two minutes on the train to Sorrento. Small pool area. Good food.

Excellent holiday hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of visiting Saint Agnello in Italy. The staff here are very welcoming and have gone beyond the call of duty to make our stay special. We upgraded our room and it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is close to the bus stops and train station. You can walk in to Sorrento, however it is much quicker by bus or train. With so much to see and do, a week is just not long enough!

Nice simple hotel with good service. Rooms are basic but clean. Food is good. Not the best location for Sorrento, a good 30 minutes walk.
Lovely place and staff, the pools floor is a little uneven and sharp, but with it being quite deep it's not too much of an issue. The owner is absolutely fantastic, he was always there at breakfast and dinner to lend a hand and gives out plenty of compliments, and even the occasional song. {I edited this to 5 stars, because by the end of the weeks we had an unforgettable experience} this place is just off Sorrento, meaning it's very close to the main city, and the train like is only a couple minutes walk away. The train goes from Sorrento to Napoli and back, so you don't need to worry about going to the wrong place. It was about 4 to go from the hotel to Napoli pp, so not a bad price at all. Breakfast was all you can eat with cakes, eggs, bread and fillings, potatoes, more cake and the most amazing drinks machine (although you don't get much). For dinner it's a bit different, you get a set menu delivered to your table, and there are 3 options for starter and main. From these you choose one of each, and they're very much able to modify them slightly to make sure you love it. If you order a bottle of wine but don't finish it, they'll write your room number on it, and keep it for the next night. Overall this was a wonderful experience in a lovely place, and not a bad price :)
Staff were exceptionally rude! Check-in took over 45 minutes due to the staff member being on the phone and ignoring guests. The room was terrible, the bed had springs coming out so don’t expect to get any sleep. The shower was so small that you couldn’t shower with the door closed. Check out was equally as dreadful as check in, apparently they don’t accept card!! I found that hard to believe... Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay an unreasonable amount for worse than backpacker quality!
First off the customer service absolutely amazing, although they may not speak English as well as we do, it's great! Food is amazing, some great Italian classics. Rooms aren't so good, we came to Hotel Club Sorrento as a school (only some of us) and with our teachers so of course they couldn't give us one room each so they shoved groups of 4 into rooms which can fit perfectly 2 twin beds, but instead has 2 beds and a bunk bed. It's very cramped and should have better rooms. Outside next to the swimming pool is perfect I give it a 3 star rating because the air conditioning in a cramped room is horrible. And there are many annoying things like a really small bathroom, a only really cold setting and a really warm setting on it. I'm general okay Hotel, id recommend only staying 2 days max. Portuguese: Primeiro fora do serviço ao cliente absolutamente surpreendente, embora eles não podem falar inglês, assim como nós, é ótimo! Comida é incrível, alguns grandes clássicos italianos. Os quartos não são tão bons, chegamos ao Hotel Club Sorrento como uma escola (apenas alguns de nós) e com os nossos professores, é claro que eles não podiam dar-nos um quarto cada para que eles empurrou grupos de 4 em quartos que podem caber perfeitamente 2 camas individuais , mas em vez disso, tem 2 camas e uma cama de beliche. É muito apertado e deve ter quartos melhores. Fora ao lado do a piscina é perfeita Eu dou-lhe uma classificação de 3 estrelas porque o ar condicionado em um quarto apertado é horrível. E há muitas coisas irritantes como um banheiro realmente pequeno, um único ajuste realmente frio e um ajuste realmente morno nele. Eu sou geral bem Hotel, ID recomendo apenas ficar 2 dias Max.
