I've been visitng a place with my friends and we made three reservations by one of the booking portals for 15 people in total. I've ordered room for 4 adults, other friend the same, and the last one two rooms for 7 persons (last one payed in advance). On site it turned out that they have only 3 rooms for 8 people and they didn't want to agree with booking resumee that was sended on our e-mails and they've tried to force us to pay for additional room 200. In the end we took that room for free but this kind of politic is inadmissible.
