Pros: Excellent selection of motorcycles. Great selection of clothes and accessories. Really cool helmets. Cons: As opposed to friendly attitude we saw at most H-D dealerships all over US and Europe, sales and staff here were hostile and did not even hide being annoyed. When I asked them to show us merchandise/clothing with their store logo on the back (we \collect\ H-D t-shirts from all locations we visit), they showed us a few, were not helpful at all. In the end we found what we were looking for on our own. They were extremely friendly with their local customers (HOG chapter Gate32), which by contrast made us feel unwelcome. If not for the great selection of merchandise I'd give this place 1*. Compared to other H-D stores their selection of jewelry sucked as well.

With the love and respect I have to Christian Abbiati (The AC Milan GK Legend) this is the second visit to Gate32 and I came all the way just to buy my favorite Gate32 shirts and accessories. The showroom has only myself and another customer and both ladies in the shop were on phone and one of them when I asked her politely, she acted with me like a little kid “saying she is on phone” .. If someone does not like the job she/he do, so leave that job and do not upset visitors who are coming all the way from thousands of kilometers .. I left the shop now and returned all what I a planned to buy because no one want to give me couple of minutes min attention, in an empty shop !!!!
