The dealership was great, good swag for purchase and a full showroom. This isn't a huge dealership, so don't expect several bikes of every model. I'm sure they can help you with anything you want. This is a real Dealership that was very knowledgable, and made me feel real welcome. I want my local dealership to be like this. The repair side looked huge and appeared like they could take on several projects at a time with no delay. If you haven't been here and you are around Napoli you are missing out. Make sure to check out the HOG chapter memorabilia.

I had my 5,000 mile service done with them and I had superb service. My second experience was just recently when I took my bike back two weeks later and I was told that my bike burned through a liter of oil in a matter of 2K miles. I found it hard to believe and I have to remind myself to check before and after each service. I am not doubting the people, but my bike only has 7000 miles and it does not leak oil. At a rate of 1 liter per 2k miles, I would be nearly out of oil before each service. I will certainly take my bike back since I still have a part that needs to be changed, but I will definitely check before and after each service. I hope everyone does the same. Good luck.
