The challenge is to build an application, utility or service, starting from the data provided by the MONICA open data platform. MONICA is an ongoing EU project (https://www.monica-project.eu/ H2020 grant agreement N. 732350), which is demonstrating how Internet of Things technologies can help cities control noise, enhance the sound experience, manage crowds and security at large cultural events taking place in the city. Within the project activites, MONICA has developed an open data platform, gathering and exposing public data related to the 'Movida'​ in S.Salvario Turin's district.
