If you are traveling to the US make sure you go to the Gucci location after you pass through customs. The location before customs makes you file for the VAT refund and you only get back 12.5% whereas if you purchase after customs the price is already minus 19% without having to file for a refund. The associate at the first location did not inform us that there was another location even though he knew we were flying to the US. Very poor, dishonest service that resulted in us losing 6.5% and having to stand in the refund line.
