Poor staff attitude - on the afternoon of June 1. No smiles or greetings, we just felt generally unwelcome. Not many offers when we visited, maybe they have better prices in the sales? Turin was such a wonderful city, absolutely lovely. I'm a big fan of Gucci, and was disappointed by the unfriendly staff of this particular store.

5 stars without a doubt. One of the staff (Mehdi I think, he’s from Morocco) was very helpful and patient with us, and he spoke both French and English (and Italian of course) which were a plus. I personally prefer this Gucci store than the one in le Vallée village in Paris. Great bargains, more choice, no queues, and the store was not crowded. N.B. Although this store is in an “outlet”, do not expect some imaginary bargains...
