Per una batteria di un cellulare mi hanno chiesto 30 euro. Da megastore a Silvi la stessa identica batteria l'ho pagata 8. Onesti? Professionali?

Ho portato il mio cellulare al Green Corner il 12 settembre e loro l'hanno spedito a Pescara perché non si occupavano di quel problema. A detta loro, però, poco dopo, il centro assistenza di Pescara ha chiuso i battenti, pertanto il mio cellulare è stato trasferito presso un altro centro. Il tutto a mia insaputa. Mail, chiamate e svariate visite di persona al negozio per avere notizie del mio cellulare. Risultato? Ad oggi, 13 gennaio, non mi è stato ancora restituito. Pessimo servizio e assistenza nonché bassissimi livelli di comunicazione con il cliente.
