Awesome location. Central to everything. Amazing views. The Pavarotti Suite is superb. Elegance personified. Staff were simply the best. Very welcoming, warm and friendly. Genuinely one of the best hotels in the world. Drinks in the evening accompanied with a classical pianist. Great ambience. Michelin star restaurant and a great pool side restaurant. Excellent pool and grounds. Very exclusive

We had pre dinner drinks on the terrazzo as the sun went down. The view is spectacular. The drinks were very good and the waiters were prompt. They brought us delicious finger foods as well included with the drinks. We didn't stay at the hotel but had drinks here 2 of the 3 nights we were in Sorrento.

The location and views from the terrace are truly stunning of course. The service is outstanding as one would expect from an establishment of this standing. Unfortunately it was not possible to have breakfast outside on the terrace, appertaining because of the risk of attracting birds. Why this would just be a problem in the morning was not obvious to me. Also they didn’t seem fully booked and ended up offering rooms at a discount during the period of our stay. Whilst I would not expect to be offered a discount on the full rate retroactively, an upgrade would have been a nice gesture. Overall good, but in the context of the price not an outstanding proposition.

Awesome hotel to have a drink at either under the Wisteria Champagne bar or in the bar further along on the terrace. Of course it's expensive but the serenity and the service is so relaxing! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful Hotel. Fantastic gardens and view. Staff attentive and smart. Right in the centre of Sorento but sitting on verrander all we could hear was the guy playing the piano

Very nice hotel. Well maintained with friendly staff. All of the staff was trained in costumer service and offered an amazing experience. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Concerafe was very helpful. The food was incredible the chefs offered a unique dining experience.the rooms were absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The have nice bathrooms and a garden that can not be missed. Very pricy be prepared to spend a bit more on the location but it is definitely worth it.
