I strongly dissuade from any purchase on this store!! A few weeks ago, I placed an order on the website for a pair of shoes. Apparently, my order was never processed and the store claims that no order was created. As a result, I didn’t receive any order confirmation, however I did receive a payment confirmation as the money were drawn from my card. After trying to contact the store for some time, their customer support seems highly unwilling to help me and the answers I get are not serious. I have provided them with the payment confirmation, containing several reference numbers, along with a confirmation from my bank of the payment. Despite this, the answers I get are completely insipid, and they claim that they have not received my payment. I have not been provided with any evidence to support this claim and the customer support does not seem to understand the situation. Their treatment of this situation has not been fair, why I would never consider purchasing anything from this store and why I will not recommend it to anyone.
