Competent and attentive staff, fresh and very tasty local produces and Very friendly customers who shared our table. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Would definitively go back again and again. I suspect menu changes with season and availability of local produce. Spectacular (albeit lightly pricy) local wine list.

The restaurant is located just outside the town centre, a short walk away. Inside the restaurant is tastefully decorated in modern style with soft lighting. We sat at the front, but there is another part to the rear which looked very cosy and intimate. The menu is tapas style, but it also has some traditional starters and some very nice main courses. We tried one tapas and two main courses, plus we had a very nice desert. The dishes are different from the normal traditional Italian food for the region. The waiter is able to explain items of the menu in English, if you so desire. The wine list is good with a good selection of rosés. We had a bottle recommended by the waiter which was excellent. All in all a great experience and reasonably priced. The restaurants in Cisternino are so much better than Ostuni.

Appena fuori il centro storico di Cisternino. In zona non turistica con facilità di parcheggio. É un Bio Ristorante a km 0. Ben arredato con ampi spazi tra i tavoli. Menù settimanale con prodotti tipici di stagione. Vini e birre pugliesi. Materie prime selezionate producono sempre piatti eccellenti anche se si tratta di un semplice tagliolino al tartufo altamurano. Prezzi in linea con i prodotti offerti. Ottimi i prodotti da forno, pane taralli e focaccia.
