I bought Hyundai tucson in 2019 October. My car number is FZ082AE . 15 days before suddenly my car stopped on the road I called customer service and took my car to gerli auto. After one I asked about my car gerli auto replied my car has problem of motor. Last 30 years I am driving car. I bought four new cars. First time I have seen like this problem happened in new car. Till today gerli auto are replying me that they are waiting for hyundai motors. I have no idea when I will get back my car. If gerli auto owner see my review please help me. Thanks Gerli all staff to cooperate as much possible for them. Finally my car is getting work. May be next week I will get back my car.

In tanti anni da automobilista ho acquistato diverse macchine a Milano e dintorni e MAI come questa volta ho fatto l'affare della vita: ho acquistato lo scorso anno un Tucson presso Gerli Auto e a distanza di un anno continuo ad avere nuovi piacevoli riscontri. Nella parte Vendite ho trovato in Antonio Saggese un punto di riferimento continuo e costante per qualsiasi necessità, l'ufficio Amministrativo competente e reciso in ogni situazione burocratica ma la punta di diamante è senz'altro il team dell'Officina che si occupa delle riparazioni e delle manutenzioni: mai trovato un ambiente di così alto livello, giovane e ben preparato che non lascia mai nulla al caso e che cerca sempre la miglior soluzione per ogni singolo cliente.
