Good service. English hard to understand during important announcements, because of the Italian accent - regulary announcements were only in Italian.

Smooth checkin; friendly and helpful staff; shopping center with restaurants and supermarket close by which you can reach using passport and ticket Traffic signs for port are rarely seen - if so, they appear suddenly in the last second

Somewhat disappointing, worn-down ship. People camping in the hallways, smokers blocking the door, staff proud to be only Italian-speaking. Quite noisy too.

Normale centro commerciale. Raccolto ma pieno di attività. Le persone sono sempre in partenza per altri porti. Le attività piccole soffrono il momento storico, il traffico passeggeri è diminuito notevolmente.
