Our first dinner in Genova, and couldn't go wrong! The menu changes daily on a chalk board in Italian, but rest assured the friendly and welcoming waiters will translate and explain each dish in detail. My partner had the pesto pasta which was the highlight. I had the fresh catch of the day which was also fantastic. Check out their great selection of wines too. Overall, you can't go wrong with freshly cooked, homely meals where all the locals go to. Hidden little gem of Genova. Thank you
Local type of cuisine, fresh ingredients, good portions makes you feel like you are eating at your grandparents house. Very nice house wine available. It's hard to find good service in Genovese restaurants but this one has very friendly staff, providing casual style service and good level of English language.
Large menu, serving local specialties in an authentic setting. The prices are very reasonable for the large plates that you're served, and the service is very friendly. Just one warning: your clothes will smell of garlic.
Very close to the marina and the aquarium. You have to look for it. As many things in Genova, the best places are hidden from public eye!!! Food is fresh and typical Genoese!!!! Very good!!! Service is excellent. A must. Have the Acciughe!!!!!
