they dont stick to their agreements. Be careful you may have to pay extra. They will tell you, when you want to pick up your car. Not legal. If you try to talk to them about this, they wont understand because their English is horrible. Dont leave your car there.

[Edit] they dont stick to their agreements. I have been told the parking is free, because of the pandemic. I can pick up the car, when i am able to get it. A spedition picked up the car as soon as possible and i had to pay an extra fee of 150. They told me, 11 days late that i had to pay for the last 11 Days. Awesome... They dont understand english properly and im not sure if they even understand their own agreements.
Worst experience of my life. Not only worst parking experience, worst experience alltogether. I am speechless. Due to the answer of the owner I want to specify that I'm NOT talking about the cruise, I'm talking about my experience with this parking service company, Garage Ponte dei Mille.
Nice and safe place to park your car! 20 a night isn’t cheap but the other garages around this area are more expensive.
You have to give the owner your keys to use that garage. Also, it is quite expensive. Two stars for the fact that there is a place where you could theoretically leave your car (I would not recommend that to anyone tho, by the way - I would also not recommend the city of genova at all) EDIT: Sorry for posting the wrong pictures, they are from the garage we tried before finding yours. My review is for your garage tho.
