Quality stuff here! Not like most places in Venice. Wanted to pay with card, but it's cash only. Owner let us take our cones so we could enjoy the ice cream and get some cash money. Happy to see he preferred seeing us enjoy his product over seeing his money. Of course we paid him later, but that's good service!

Extremely rude blonde female staff member. She had such bad customer service and even criticised my little sister for not saying hello to her. Me and my family travelled especially to have this gelato and we all left disappointed and with no gelato. Very disappointing!!

Definitely some of the best gelato in Venice. Dark chocolate is especially good here.
