Probably the best selection of vegetarian, vegan and healthy food in Bari. The staff is very kind as well.

We went twice in our stay in Bari.. the place serves healthy food.. chips does not exist on the menu for example. On both occasions we where quite satisfied, good food and service and a nice shop. As attached photo shows we both took a salmon burger.

Vegan, vegetarian and food intolerance friendly with a good variety of choice! I had a fruit salad and a beetroot, red cabbage and apple juice (freshly pressed) and it was really good. Just one thing, soy is a commen allergen so it would be better if they added non soy/tofu options in their menu for vegan/vegetarian clients. It does make a big difference.

This is NOT a place for traditional Italian food. Frulez is a cool, modern-design hipster hotspot for healthy meals and drinks. The menu has enough options like curry, sandwiches and salads. There are great variations of coffee (healthy green included), as well as varied fresh juices. Prices are normal. I had a vegetarian wraps and my friend had curry (they even agreed to hold the peanuts), 7.50-8 per dish. Downside is, the staff does not know a word in English, even if it is \wraps\, which is written in their menu. My friend speaks Italian, so we managed with her translating for me. The waitress made no effort whatsoever. The place is also crowded and noisy during weekends.
