Il signor Valenti è una persona speciale, molto competente e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Non vuole vendere per forza un qualcosa, se un attrezzatura non fa per te te lo dice. Gli chiesi un informazione, mi disse che si sarebbe fatto un appunto, pensavo fossero parole al vento e invece dopo due mesi mi ha telefonato per risolvermi il problema. Valenti è il vero commerciante di una volta, un gran signore.
