BE AWARE! This place is a rip off! Never do your tax free refund there! They charge you a horrendous fee in addition to the two fees that are already taken by the tax free company. In addition they will not be able to give you a refund in euro, what they will not tell you before you already started the process and it is too late to stop, but give you the refund in any other currency but add another huge fee to your exchange rate. The staff is very rude and enjoy making fun of you when you notice that they ripped you off. They don’t explain anything in advance and won’t answer the questions you have but just tell you to leave
10 euro comission fee for 40 swiss franc WTF
Total rip off Beware. Don't change money there. They charged me 55euro commission on 160 UK pound. After arguing the blond lady gave me 20euro back . Don't go there.
Do not buy SIM cards from this place! We lost all our money by choosing to buy a SIM card in this place : whilst in Rome , 3 days later we discovered that the SIM card was not active!!
