We were so impressed with our experience with Generbus! Everything from helping us plan the trip to get the most out of it to our excellent tour guide and bus driver who were willing to adapt to our wants and needs for our tour! Generbus from start to finish have provided an excellent service for us. We arranged a holiday for our entire family which began with a collection from our hotel in Rome, and transfer to Civitavecchia cruise ship port. We were collected in a beautiful 52 seater coach which appeared brand new it was so clean and tidy. Our driver was on time, courteous and professional. At the end of our holiday we were collected at the port and driven to the airport in a similar high quality coach. Each step of the way the company contacted us to let us know when the coach would arrive and who the driver would be, with relevant contact numbers. Excellent service - It is always a worry when booking transport aboard but I can highly recommend Generbus - from start to finish the service was brillant. We got married in Telese Italy in September 2019 and Generbus transported my 70 guests from Naples airport to the Aquapetra Hotel with returned 3 days later. The communication from the office was fantastic, in English, friendly, information and competitively priced. I contacted poor Fabrizia Zandri many times when organising the booking, thank you for your patience x We had two coaches both ways, both were clean and lovely and the drivers were friendly, helpful and knew the route to the hotel. Please do not hesitate to use this company. Thank you very much, great team, great company.

The team of the Generbus Company is very kind and professional. For every request and changes that I had, they had the right solution. They have been also very flexible and we could reach them in every hour of the day during the week and weekend. They guidance of Andrea was much appreciated. About the company: I found the company very professional, flexible, they had always a solution for every request of us. Fabrizia and Andrea are very kind and we could reach them in every hour of the day during the week they worked for us. I appreciated it very much. The drivers are also very nice, they spoke English as well. The company works for a very reasonable price, and the service has a high quality.
