Good selection, even some parts for American cars. Batteries, headlamps, etc for American models. Spoke a little English, perhaps a bit better than my Italian but appreciated. Not quite Auto Zone or NAPA but close for the basics. -An American in Italy

They have a little bit of everything for your vehicle. I was able to buy a new radio, windshield wipers (which are hard to find for my model), and oil with a filter. They also had things for motorcycles of which I do not own so I'm not sure what they have for that. The staff was helpful and spoke English. Overall it is a good store.

Not the worst place for car equipment but but not the best. Most of the customer service reps speak English and are pretty helpful. I only give it 3 stars because the selection is limited and small but not horrible.

Customer service was lacking. Ask for a product an was immediately told , no..we have to order...none in Stock. Walked over to the item's aisle and found it no problem. I wonder how they get paid with little to no knowledge of cars....
