Beautiful flagship store (and the only one in the world) is near the Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi in Florence . Was there last 23-Dec-18. Very personalized and warm service. The lady manning the store was top class - knowledgeable and patient. If you're looking for high quality pens, they have some of the best ones in the planet. Worth the trip even if you're just looking around.

This is supposed to be a “flagship” store for Visconti. The only sales person in the store took 25 min to finalize a sale to an other (admittedly the annoying kind) customer. We where not even acknowledged as customers, no interaction what so ever. It’s a small store, so couldn’t have been overlooked. We tried to keep ourselves occupied by testing out the various nibs at the test station only to find that half of the test pens were either not inked or the nibs were in rather unkept state, skipping, scratchy, certainly not an advertisement for the dream touch nibs. We left bcs after 30min in the store the sales lady admitted to have no idea about fountain pens and only works there temporarily. Best to be avoided, better go to the “proper” penstores in town (Casa della Stilografica just 5 min walk away)

Wonderful Visconti store! This was my first time buying a Visconti pen and the lady who worked there was very friendly and helped me greatly. I was able to test out many different pens and inks. The store had a wide range of Visconti products. Definitely recommend this place!

This is a great shop for Visconti pen lovers. It's a little hidden away but once you find it, it's totally worth it. They lady working there is extremely helpful I bought 3 pens changing the nibs on all of them. She even gave me the wifi password. If what you want is not available she'll call the workshop to find out if it can be done for you. Very impressed.

We were here at the beginning of August 2018. The service is very personal, the craftmanship of the pens is incredible. Visconti is a small manufacturer of really high quality. Do yourself a favor if you are into pens: if in Firenze, go get yourself one. It is the only flaghip store they have, it is really worth it.
