Before visiting Tuscany by Car, we walked into other rental car companies like Hertz. We were very happy that we walked into Tuscany by Car afterwards. They were very helpful and quick compared to other rental car companies. We got the car we wanted (Fiat 500) in a very cool color and walked out within 20 minutes. We made an amazing trip through Tuscany and were able to hand-in the car at a later time even though the office was closed. If we are visiting the Tuscany area again, we'll definitely rent a car here. Tuscany by car: would be great if you'd have more branches in Italy (or abroad) :-). Thanks for everything!!!

I had a brilliant experience renting this car. It was a reasonable price, MUCH better than the nearby chain car rental companies. No hidden fees. Amazing and kind customer service. Car was in really good condition, looked brand new. They were open and honest about existing scratches etc. Also a very easy and simple rental experience - didn’t take long. Highly recommend. 10/10. Will from now on always rent from this company when hiring in toscana. .
Great experience with this company and infinitely better than dealing with the big car rental firms. Much more responsive, personable and flexible. They even dropped off and picked up the vehicle for a modest additional fee. Flawless service.
Such a perfect experience with Marco and his beautiful Afla Romeo! He was very communicative with us and help us make informed decisions about what we needed for our little driving trip out in the Tuscan countryside. Gave us a car we weren't expecting but totally loved! Definitely will rent with them again.
Everything was smooth from the very beginning to the end. They quickly answer to all of our questions, our car was clean and was dropped off and picked up directly at our hotel (Hotel David which i also recommend btw). I'm always cautious about renting a car when you know how big companies proceed. \Tuscany By Car\ is definitely the experience i was looking for, everything was trouble-free.
