Terrible service and awful relational capacities of ALL (I called two times and both of them were bad bad bad) call center workers. The guy named Andrei was able to blame me that I didn’t even ask for a price when I called for clarifications as my ride rate was way above what I was told on a phone. After listening of my call recording they did actually nothing but shouted, but obviously they don’t care about service, cause he hang up on me saying he was loosing time with me. If I could put -5 stars rate I would, but unfortunately, this is the lowest rate one can put. Absolutely worst service and client experience in my life. If there is a chance to complain on to a higher levels I would definitely do it.

Called to book, asked if they speak English which they do and spoke slowly so they may have a better chance of understanding. Hung up after being put on hold, sent a WhatsApp message with the booking details, no reply. In the end our Italian hosts had to book the taxi for us! Appreciate tourists should make an effort to speak the language of the country they are in but if someone says they speak the language you have asked them if they can speak, they should make an effort to understand you.
Teriblle taxi becouse driver rip of us, for 6,5 km we paid 40. He didn't use taximetar and didn't give us receipe. Even, he treatened us that he will call policia when we asked him to give us receipe. Really teriblle experiance...
Never actually got a ride. If your Italian isn't good enough, even if you're having the conversation mostly in English and just struggling with the street names, they'll just hang up.
Corrupt taxi service. Choose anything else. Cost 31 euros to get from city centre to airport. Already had 4 euros on timer when we got in. Confronted the taxi driver who said it was for luggage fee. Not true. Luggage fee is on righthand side which was already 6 euros. Called taxi service to complain. Hung up on me twice. Spoke in italian and finally got complaint number. Called 5 times and it was always closed.
My first trip was amazing however the second trip was awful. I high discourage anyone from using this taxi service if you are not fluent in Itialian. I called this company three times and they acted as if they could not here me they placed me on hold three times and then hung up on me every time. If someone who is a native speaker calls you will be fine but this is by far one of the worst experiences so far. Feeling helpless and stranded in downtown Florence. I say again choose another taxi service if at all possible. They started the meter at 7 when we got in the Taxi. Please choose another cab service especially if you are an American. The customer service is terrible and they are theives!
They don't even deserve one star. Left my cell phone in a cab and tried calling them to see if the taxi driver had found it. I was hung up on COUNTLESS times and told to call back at various hours of the night when the taxi driver was \working\ but they also said they didn't know when he worked or what his contact info was. Absolutely RUDE and WORST service I have ever experienced. Overcharged us multiple times for rides home just because we aren't locals. Never got the simple answer about my phone so they probably just pocketed it! I would rather walk than take this taxi company ever again.
Awful, hung up on me twice. It’s businesses like this that make Uber and lyft necessary in Florence.
