Sincere recommendation. Independent large apartament with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Air conditionned with parking space in front. 20 min walk from cathedral. Very hospitable owner. Feel comfortable like at home. Come to Florence this year no crowd at all get to museums without any waiting. No crowd keep safe!

Extremely disappointing. My husband was very sick and the managers were very very unhelpful. We have never experienced such complete lack of understanding and service. I do not recommend booking here
Apartment I recommend. Spacious, conformable. There is everything you need. Even toys for kids. Alice is very kind. Location is great as you can go to the city center by foot (20mns) or by bus. The parking place is great as we can leave the car during our stay. There is a store and a bakery nearby. I recommend the pizzas at Casa de la pizza, they are wonderful. The only drawback is the noise outside : there is a major street and the windows could be better isolated. Not living in a city, I am not used and I woke up everyday at 6 :(. Rest is perfect.

A great accomodation to stay in Florence. We, a family of four, spent two nights in Casa Bertini and were caught by surprise in many ways. All small authentic Italian decorations, antique furniture, nice paintings and cosy kitchen-living room. If you plan to cook during the stay, the kitchen offers you all. Ms. Owner welcomed us with such an informative instruction on our arrival. We wish we could stay there longer and hope to be back soon!
