Firstly this shop was hard to find as the address on Google is incorrect. You have to walk down the street a bit more until you see the sign for the store. Initially we followed Google Maps to the location and couldn't find the store at all and then we just kept walking down the street and eventually we were able to find the store. The store itself was very clean and brightly lit. Honestly, it didn't feel like a normal tattoo parlor that you would go to in America. Beware that there are cats in the store and while they don't really bother people some people may be turned off by this. The staff here were great. They were experienced and accommodating. There is only one tattoo artist and one piercer on staff regularly. But from what I heard they do have tattoo artist that come in and work per diem. My husband got his first tattoo here and he was very satisfied with the results and very happy that the staff listen to his request and really kept in mind what he wanted. Also, there was a little misunderstanding about the price of the tattoo but they were so generous and kind to allow us to pay the agreed price. They also gave us a small bottle of lotion as a gesture of good will for the misunderstanding.

Such a good place! Massimo is the best in Florence not only if you want a piercing but also to expand your knowledge about this world. If you are here for holiday and you want a memory from Florence just go to the studio to live one of the best experience ever!

All the people on the studio is really kind, the experience was 11/10 and the quality too, I couldn't recommend it more. It's definitely worth the money.

I went to get my nose pierced & the staff was very welcoming and friendly!! Massimo is the piercer of Blue Tony Toy and was amazing! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and funny individual. Massimo also explained everything he was doing before he did it to ensure that everything would be going smooth. I did not feel the piercing at all and boom it was done! The nose ring turned out very cute and fantastic. The entire building was extremely clean & they take their sterilization for the piercing very seriously, along with walking you through the different kinds of jewelry one could get and the differences. Blue Tony Toy is the best place that I have gotten a piercing (I have gotten my other 6 in the United States) and I would easily come back again. Thank you so much again :)
