I bought a used car from here in August 2020. The sales process was simple and smooth. The only issue I had that I was told I could drive the car out the same day, but after paying with a bank transfer they actually needed to wait until the next day to see the money on their account before releasing the car. Within the first week I noticed a couple of small issues with the car, and these were taken care of immediately and as courtesy without any extra charges. The service department is really great and can also communicate in English if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality used cars in Fano and will likely to return to then when it's time to buy again.

Ho comprato la mia nuova mercedes qualche settimana fa in questo concessionario e fin da subito ho percepito una grande professionalità, dall'accoglienza al supporto tecnico sull'auto. Dopo qualche giorno il navigatore purtroppo ha smesso di funzionare e senz'alcuna contestazione mi hanno sostituito l'intero apparato gratuitamente in un paio d'ore. Cos'altro posso dire? Cliente soddisfatto! Ci rivediamo al prossimo acquisto!

Dopo numerosi accordi telefonici presi con la signorina Ornella dove ci assicurava che avevamo solo bisogno del libretto e basta (vista la quotazione dell’auto leggermente più bassa della media) e in più dopo aver fatto 300km dove ci assicurava anche il rimborso dell’albergo pagato, non specificando ad operazione effettuata, abbiamo buttato 600km e una giornata di lavoro, non mettendosi neanche una mano sulla coscienza per il tanto promesso rimborso dell’alloggio. Vergogna Complimenti per la NON PROFESSIONALITÀ tanto decantata nei vari quadri appesi nell’ufficio.
