Great customer service. I had a problem with my booking and the staff both on the phone and via email were extremely attentive, professional and dealt with my issue very quickly. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

They do not charge any fees for bookings made on their website, they allow you to make your payment when you arrive at your hotel. The other thing I love about venere is they have fantastic cancellation policies.

Awful.... The person on the phone apparently did not research my hotel and claimed it had 2 beds. It didn't, nor was that even an option. I left the hotel early due to complete and utter disgust and they refuse to give me a refund. When I called ( i don't have an accent, I'm from upstate NY and speak just like newscasters in America, they claimed they couldn't understand me 3 times. I then asked to someone who spoke fluent English waited and was transferred to someone who clearly had English as a second language, which is fine, BUT they claimed they couldn't understand me either. Not to mention they let someone else book a room with my card that didn't know my email address or telephone number. They simply took the card number and booked the room via phone with no confirmation that I was involved AT ALL. I will Never use this company nor will anyone that I know... certainly no one i trust with my credit card number!!!
I book for my friend for his honeymoon on Aug.15 in Sri Lanka, after he reached, the booking was not there even though it was fully paid and confirmed. I called the call center and after 1 hour of international call, nothing happened and they cancel my booking since they could not find a room in the same hotel or nearby:(, They promiss that the refund will come soon, but after 4 moths of follow up email , calls and complaints, nothing happened and I am still waiting for my refund........ I need my refund :( and a compassion I am realy disappointed , do not use this website.

Ho acquistato pacchetto con volo, hotel e assicurazione ed non é la prima volta ma sicuramente sarà l'ultima. Ti vendono il pacchetto completo ma se c'é l'intoppo (nel mio caso una dele 6 persone per motivi di salute non é potuta partire) l'expedia se ne lava le mani. Riassumo: chiamo expedia il 31 12 per comunicare che 1 persona non sarebbe partita e quindi capire come utilizzare la polizza assicurativa. Mi chiedono che non c'é nessun e di chiamare wizz air cosa che faccio e qui trovo la prima batosta perché il costo é di 7.50 al minuto (12.50 centesimi al secondo) totale 34 per sentire una segreteria e non concludere nulla. Richiamo expedia e mi dice che ho tempo 30 giorni da quando ritorno per attivare l'assicurazione. Fatto al mio ritorno e teatrino che segue e che per riavere 260 ne debba splendere 200 in segreteria wizzair. Non mi dilungo oltre. Io sicuramente non utilizzerò mai più expedia.
