Today I felt like I got robbed in daylight and I couldn't do nothing about it, I felt so shocked and upset about it, I gave them 100 to change to Euro gave me back 78. They stole 30% in commissions and charges. That's 39 Euros in charges for 100. How can they getaway with. Its given me a bitter experience. I will never forget that. Please be aware and always check before handover your cash. Dont want other people to go through this horrible experience.

Fraud and Scam. They should be banned in Italy. I am shocked on how they are allowed to run business here. The rates on the screen are different and then they charge 9.9 20% service charges which is displayed on a very small piece of paper on their window. I got 125 euros for 200. The guy then refused to cancel the exchange and said by policy you cant reverse it. Thieves and Frauss openly and sadly operating in Italy. My 1st bad experience with Italians. Shame on these guys for doing this to the country.
Do not , please do not transact with this company. I exchanged 100 GBP for Euro and the lady gave me just 75 euros and when I tell her that I dont agree, she simply ignored it and said that's how it is in Italy. I showed her the rates on Google which was showing 112 euro to 100 GBp but even then she did not listen to me. I then enquired at a different kiosk of this same company and here I was offered euro 92 . So you see guys this company has no regulations and principles. They are just waiting to RIP you off. They over charged me 25 euro . I have the bill and will send it to the Italy consulate in my country and will post the response also. Please stay away , this is fraud happening in day light Never experienced it in any country in Europe
They scammed me on the exchange rate. While the rates displayed on big screen seem reasonable, they then say you have to pay 9.90 transaction fee plus almost 20% in commissions. When I asked to cancel the exchange they refused. Stay away!!!
They overcharged on exchange rate. First i was charged 160 usd for 100 eur. 2 minutes later a different person at the counter wanted to charge 162 usd for 100eur. At the Marco Polo aerport. Theives. Stay away use ATM if you can or exchange money before you leave home
