I have been a student of this school for almost 12 years and am not pleased at all. -The staff are generally quite kind, specifically 1 or 2 teachers and the counsellors, however the directress is unkind, un-professional and lazy, any problems addressed to her are always dismissed and ignore as if they have never existed. -The school has a good reputation, however it really does not live up to its high standards from earlier years, 2000 and before. The quality of education, in my personal opinion and from what i have heard from adults who used to attend the school is declining, teachers are getting payed less and less and are not motivated to teach like they used to. -Furthermore the schools history has been stained by terribly sad and dark events that are inappropriate to mention here, the direction, yet again proving its incapacity has done little from preventing similar events from reoccurring.

Even though I’ve been going to this school for only half a year, I still don’t think this is a very good school. I am in second year (middle school, high school) here, and the teachers here aren’t that great. In math class, it feels like my ear drums are going to pop any minute, because the teacher talks very loud. There are a few teachers I like, but very little. There are two classes, and in both there are a lot of disrespectful, rude, and horrible children (around 90% of one class). The use of target language is very weak, and that excludes piers, which can cause problems .This school also experiences bullying, but doesn’t do a good job of taking care of it. This year, a girl committed suicide because of bullying, and a boy from my class is also being bullied. I am also being “bullied” by a girl from the other class, but she is using a very weak method of “fake friendship” that is hard to fall for. In conclusion, the secondary school is filled with disrespectful people, and I do not like this school.

Ho iniziato la scuola europea nel 63. Avevo 5 anni. La mia seconda lingua era il francese che non ho mai dimenticato avendo avuto dei bravissimi insegnanti di madre lingua.
