I give 5 stars only because of Tomasso, who works for Europcar Perugia and does a fantastic job. He is very polite, professional, responsive, cares about the customer, great attitude - and really embodies the values of a professional company and service. Another plus is that his English is fluent. I read the other reviews and agree that a customer would get a completely different experience from the other representatives of Europcar in Perugia. For me I was lucky to rent the first car from Tomasso and it led to my good impression and caused me to do more business with this branch!

Easy and quick drop off.
There is a girl working there who has no notion of good customer service. Who in fact seems to make it her mission to offer a bad customer service. The man who works there offers a great customer service but this young woman has made Europcar PERUGIA a place to avoid due to her negative attitude, sheer resistance to help and dishonesty.
terrible costumer service over phone. if you speak english, this is not the place for any types of questions that exceed easily accesible knowledge or helpful arrangements. they ended up charging us money for a car we didn't even rent two weeks after we got home. we didn't pay of course (we retrieved an automatical payment by calling our bank) and even when I tried contacting mail costumer service the communication and overall attitude of the workers were so bad. I don't know how it works if a costumer speaks italian, but I had a feeling that most of it came from either hardcore arrogance or the critical language barrier.. either way, a very bad experience
