Stay away and don't waste your time here!! They don't want to help you and make you wait unnecessarily on purpose. A Shame because in Germany we always had a positive experience!

It's on a very busy street, and when you pick up a car you may need to do the paperwork in the office, then walk down to a garage 2 blocks away to get the car. Because of this, I don't love it, but the location is handy if you're in the Bagnoli/Fuorigrotta area, their rental rates are good, and the people are friendly. I like picking up in Fuorigrotta better than picking up at the airport.
We spent 1 hour here waiting for Rosaria E. to. Help us. We always had a good experience in Germany but we found her to be rude and refused to rent a car to us.
Parking is non-existent so be prepared to double Park.
5 stelle al personale della sede di fuorigrotta per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Zero stelle al sito web di Europcar che mi ha permesso di prenotare un veicolo pur non essendoci (a quanto mi hanno riferito telefonicamente) il tempo necessario (prenotazione domenica 3/1 per lunedi 4/1).
Non ci ero mai stato, ma devo dire che rispetto agli altri uffici di noleggio c'è un'attenzione al cliente maggiore rispetto alle agenzie nelle stazioni e negli aeroporti. Al front desk siamo stati accolti da una persona e sia per il check in che per la riconsegna non abbiamo fatto fila. Come auto di categoria EDMR ci è stata data una Clio a benzina con 27000 km che ha un'ottima abitabilità e consumi ridotti.
