We are a Winery at Canary Islands and have many machines like chiller, 2 pumps, filters, destaemer.... Our Mohnopump was broken and we get in contact for spare parts.As we at harvest time and need the pump. At first they respond after 2 days. Later it become a nightmare, waiting more than one month without result. Every day sending mails or try to reach the person by phone. They promise and until today nothing happens. We waiting for a response for delivery of normal spare parts. Its very bad communication, no responding of emails of the status and tried by phone; the person is out of lunch, is not in the office, will call you later....... so on. We have machines from other companies like GAI or Bucher france and received a usual good support. This service is not acceptable they sell products worldwide and the spare part service is an important part for wineries. Update 24.09. 2020 after really long time we received the first spares parts and other is on the way. At finally happy that we could repair the pump. But service could be faster and we hope that will be better. The machines are good and only for the part service we give only 3 stars.

Una delusione. Dopo solo una decina di lavorazioni con la pressa PPC18 nuova si sono rotte le palette del compressore Becker. Ho fatto presente alla ENOVENETA che non mi ha fornito alcun riscontro.
