An embassy that never answers any email nor inquiry, no matter what department. That's not a good way to represent a country.

Very bad service. No information on phone, no information on website, wrong information on desk, they ask me to do photocopy of documents, the photocopy machine is broken of course, so you have to walk 10 minutes to do it, than after doing the line again they say is missing a seal. Write clearly the information about document legalization on your website!!

Una decina di numeri telefonici a cui però non si riceve nessuna risposta, anche dopo ore di tentativi. A questo si aggiunge personale piuttosto insofferente che si indispone pure, se gli si fa notare che al telefono non risponde nessuno.

大使馆工作人员非常细心认真敬业，态度非常好。打电话咨询时传达室工作人员很有耐心，咨询台工作人员特别认真细致帮助检查材料并解答问题省了很多事，窗口的工作人员也是非常认真的办理业务，态度非常友好。 虽然自己来的晚了，最后一个办完，已经过了下班时间，工作人员仍然耐心办理，所以只要材料提前按要求带全，办理起来效率极高，速度快，很省心
