If I could give them 0 stars I would. They couldnt answer one of my questions, we have been stranded in Italy since June with 2 babies, I called the NZ embassy for some information and guidance, all I got was a rude lady who told me to stop talking when I was explaining my situation. Cheers love

I'd just like to recommend the Embassy in Rome. We had our passports stolen on ANZAC day 2017, and the women we dealt with (Sorry I dont remember your name) was so awesome. Thank you so much for your help getting our passports reordered and delivered. And thank you for the offer of ANZAC biscuits too
