We first started using Ducati Milano with our Hypermotard SP and the service was excellent. Then when we were looking at changing bikes to the Multistrada Pikes Peak they were able to give us a fair price on a trade in for the Hypermotard. They have always treated us very well with excellent and professional service. Then we went on a long tour to Sicily and while on the trip had a flat tire. With no Ducati dealerships close by we were forced to use a local shop for the change. With the challenge of the language barrier and Google translate was have a morning off we phoned from Sicily to Milano to have the mechanics in Milano help out with getting the bike on the road and with the language. I can say that this kind of service is exceptional and we will be using Ducati Milano for a very long time. Thanks guys. Safe Travels

E' passato un mese da quando ho acquistato un Monster 696 usato dalla sede di Milano ma per ragioni pratiche ho dovuto farmi seguire dai colleghi di Sesto San Giovanni. Devo dire che dal primo momento in cui sono entrato nel concessionario sono stato seguito e servito in maniera eccellente da Fabio, che mi ha guidato con estrema gentilezza e professionalità in ogni fase dell'acquisto fino alla stessa consegna della moto. Nella sede di Sesto ho incontrato persone gentilissime, disponibili e professionalmente preparatissime. Esperienza per ora assolutamente positiva.
A pochi minuti dal centro di Milano, una splendida showroom Ducati ove i due venditori Luca e Stefano ti accolgono con cortesia, professionalità e prezzi molto accattivanti! Un ride test è sempre disponibile! E per i motard che sono interessati all'usato certificato Ducati c'è una ampia scelta di moto usate garantite di tutti i marchi, dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Bravissimi. Ci torno di sicuro!
Ho comprato da loro una 959 usata. La moto mi è stata consegnata perfetta. Luca, il venditore, è sempre stato disponibile, gentile e professionale. È la prima volta che trovo un concessionario ufficiale che tratta così bene il cliente, nonostante stessi comprando una moto usata.
