We visited this information point, just opposite to the bus stop. The staff(there was only one girl) she was very welcoming and friendly. She helped us alot that how and where from to start the hiking, suggested few things. Best part: English speaking as well, highly recommended for the information, if you are new in town or visiting for the forst time.
