A very bad experience with the new service of the long-term rental. I bookend a car a week ahead and the evening befor the beginning of the rental (9:00am the day after) they wrote me that the service was not available. I had no chance to organize myself otherwise at that point and took a whatever DriveNow car, not being sure of the good functioning of it and taking on myself all the risks. Nonsense since I booked a long-term rental to go out of town. Never again.

Flawless customer service. Impeccable. We just signed up yesterday and so we have not had a chance to rent a car yet but based on our experience with the customer service, we only expect great things from Drive Now.

The app does not work. I have used DriveNow twice and both times I had problems with the app. The first time it wouldn't lock the car and I wasted a lot of time to call them and get them to lock it. The second time the app wouldn't open the car and the customer service line is closed after hours. Not worth the hassle.
The only car sharing that asks you to go to their office to verify your documents (for some local and all foreigners). Just the id and driving license is not sufficient, but it's not like they will tell you this prior by email (3-4 days average time to reply). So in the end I am still not registered and frustrated with their customer service. Prices are higher than other companies, so it's an easy decision to make and drop out from this madness.
