The staffs at DiSCo are super friendly and very helpful. They always greet students and come forward for support. Really like it.

The photo shows the long not moving line just few minutes before the closure hour. They are open very few hours only for 4 days and they suppose to take care of lots of students from various universities. You have to go 2 hours prior to opening hour if you want to get in or if exist to write your name on the waiting list. Staff is shockingly extremely rude and disrespectful. They start to yell at you for no reason and talk with superiority complexity. They really do not try to help you or care anything. The worse experience ever in my 6 years stay in Italy.

Not enough staffs to cater the needs of students.. The offices are always crowded in the early winter months with never ending queues. The offices are occupied by unprofessional staffs speaking Italian only. Students have to wait hours to submit documents or clarify any doubts wasting their lesson hours. and it gets worse year after year.
