I was in trouble about getting my package at home because I wasn't there at delivery man came, the shippment status got 'on hold' and the contact number 199 199 wasn't be able to use by my mobile phone. I found the number of which I was talking to, then she said 'It's in the shopping center here, call another number 199 19' though I told her about my situation and gave me the help in English,finally the shippment status (seemed to be) fixed! Perhaps I could collect my package at tabacci near my home, I really would love to say thank you so much to her! (On the website of DHL experss, I really didn't reach out the way to change the pick up point things and also email address, contact forms etc unfortunately, please take care)

I can’t say enough about the people working there. Brought in a pile of stuff to ship home. Was quickly given options. I chose and she packed it all up quickly and had it shipped out. Package arrived in the states on the day indicated, which was quite fast. They were not only helpful, they were fun. The location is central and was easy to find.

I live in Italy and needed to send some documents home to the UK. The staff at DHL Express were excellent and very professional in all aspects. They spoke good English and were very patient while I filled out the required paperwork. The whole process was completely stress free and I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
