Tried to send a box overseas, only to receive it back at my place days later (after full payment, of course). No information on why it was not send to the destination. When trying to call, I always get redirected to someone who has no idea what is going on. All they tell me is that the package could not be delivered. Then they promise to call in a few minutes, but never do. Last option is to get a refund. Terrible service overall, strongly recommend against it. Look at the answer below! It's unbelievable, I have received no information on what went wrong or how to proceed! How about refunding the money then?

The young lady staff at the counter was energetic, helpful, friendly and worked efficiently. The package safely arrived as scheduled in Kloten, Switzerland. Thw tracking system itself was worked well. I am highly recommending this particular DHL point. Thank you very much.
Terrible service! I payed to send a box overseas and it was returned to me without any explanation. I tried to call DHL for several days and they keep ignoring me!

Un servizio che lascia un po' da desiderare. Ci voleva un mese per ritirare un documento a Firenze e consegnarlo nel Valdarno Superiore (50 km più o meno). C'è qualcosa che non va.
