Staff is quite incompetent. When I asked via the messaging system here if they had a certain product (which is advertised on their website and another decathlon sent me there because the Albenga had said product, supposedly, anyway) they just told me that they didn't have the product in question but could order it - which is somewhat disappointing. So I went there, checked the shelf where the product I was looking for should be and guess what - it was there! Mixed in between other products, mind you, but still there. To conclude this... The staff in the Albenga Decathlon didn't bother as much as to go a few meter to the shelf to check if my requested item was available or not. Don't go there if you can help it - try any other decathlon or order stuff online - this one is a lost cause.
