Charged twice for the very same service, 30 days apart. I went there to fix the locking system of my car's rear door. A week later the problem was still there. I went a second time and the door is now fixed, but they charged me again.

Ero in cerca di una nuova macchina e sono passato da loro due volte. Entrambe le volte non c'erano venditori liberi - la prima volta c'era solo un venditore impegnato con delle altre persone ma essendo le 12 mi ha detto che non avrebbe fatto in tempo a seguire anche me - la seconda volta non c'era nessuno presente, solo 1 signore che faceva su e giù per il salone. Alla fine ho optato per l'audi.
